Solar Switch Solar Packages

1. Scope of Agreement

1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and installation of solar packages provided by Solar Switch, to the customer ("Customer"). By purchasing and installing a Solar Switch solar package, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Solar Package Descriptions

2.1 Solar Switch offers a range of solar packages, each with unique specifications and pricing. Customers are encouraged to review the package details, including equipment, pricing, and warranties, before making a purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Prices for Solar Switch packages are as stated on the Solar Switch website or in official Solar Switch quotations.

3.2 All prices are subject to the prevailing Value Added Tax (VAT) rate unless otherwise specified.

3.3 Payment terms and methods will be provided in the official Solar Switch quotation.

4. Warranty

4.1 All devices included in Solar Switch solar packages are covered by a 5-year warranty ("Warranty"). The Warranty includes repairs or replacements of defective components and is subject to the terms outlined in the Solar Switch Warranty Statement.

4.2 The Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or unauthorized modifications to the solar package.

5. Installation and Permitting

5.1 Solar Switch will handle the installation of the solar package, including securing the necessary permits and approvals.

5.2 The Customer shall provide access to the property for installation and any required inspections.

6. Ownership and Maintenance

6.1 The Customer retains ownership of their solar package after installation.

6.2 Routine maintenance of the solar package is the responsibility of the Customer. Solar Switch can provide maintenance services upon request, subject to additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Solar Switch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its products and services.

7.2 Solar Switch's total liability under these Terms shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the solar package.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

8.1 Orders may be canceled by the Customer within 10 days of the order date, subject to any costs incurred by Solar Switch for services rendered up to that point.

8.2 A down payment of 50% is required upon signing the official Solar Switch quotation. This down payment is non-refundable.

8.3 Refund policies for cancellations made beyond the 10-day period will be provided in the official Solar Switch quotation.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Imus City, Cavite.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1 Solar Switch reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and the revised Terms will apply to all subsequent purchases.

11. Customer Acknowledgment

11.1 By proceeding with the purchase and installation of a Solar Switch solar package, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and any additional terms and conditions outlined in the official Solar Switch quotation.

These terms and conditions are subject to change and should be reviewed carefully by the Customer before making a purchase.
