Engineered solar, residential to industrial
SolarSwitch designs and delivers solar systems from residential rooftops to industrial installations — managing the full project lifecycle from feasibility to long-term operations. Every system is handed over with complete technical documentation and 5 years of after-sales maintenance.
System capacity delivered
One scale, three engineering problems
Residential · 3–15 kWp
Homes
Grid-tied, hybrid and off-grid systems sized against twelve months of actual consumption and daylight usage — not a package tier.
Commercial · 15–250 kWp
Business facilities
Above 5 kW of demand, Meralco bills on peak kilowatts as well as kilowatt-hours. The design question becomes not just how much you use, but when.
Industrial · 250 kWp +
Plants & logistics
Rooftop, ground-mount and carport installations delivered as full EPC scope, with structural engineering and formal commissioning.

Delivery scope
What full-scope delivery covers
Six stages, each closing with a document you keep. The sequence is the same whether the system is 5 kWp or 500 — only the depth of each stage changes.
Feasibility & technical assessment
Consumption analysis from twelve months of billing data. Site inspection covering roof structure, available area, orientation, shading and electrical infrastructure. Production modelling against your actual load profile, then capital cost, projected offset, payback and sensitivity.
Deliverable
Feasibility report with stated assumptions
Engineering & design
System architecture, single-line diagrams, array layout, structural mounting design, cable sizing, protection coordination and earthing design. All electrical plans prepared and signed by a PRC-licensed Professional Electrical Engineer.
Deliverable
Signed drawing set & technical specification
Permitting & regulatory
LGU electrical permit application and Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection. Distribution utility interconnection application. Net metering application and coordination through to approval. Certificate of Compliance issued on completion.
Deliverable
Complete permit & approval file
Procurement
Equipment specified by full model number in the contract, not by brand alone. Sourced from manufacturers with established Philippine distribution and verifiable warranty support. Substitution after signature requires written client approval.
Deliverable
Equipment schedule with serials recorded at delivery
Construction & commissioning
Mechanical installation, weatherproofing of every roof penetration, electrical installation, protection devices, earthing and connection. Testing and commissioning against design specification, with witnessed demonstration.
Deliverable
Commissioning test results & acceptance certificate
Operations & maintenance
Scheduled inspections, cleaning, inverter health checks, performance review against the original production model, and manufacturer warranty claims handled on your behalf. Five years included on every installation, extendable under formal agreement.

Maintenance schedule & performance reports
Technical capability
Systems we design & build
Configuration follows the load profile and the site, not a catalogue. The right answer for a warehouse peaking at 6 p.m. is different from one for a cold store running around the clock.
Grid-tied
Maximum return where supply is reliable and consumption is daytime-weighted
Hybrid with storage
Bill reduction plus backup; peak shaving where demand charges dominate
Off-grid
Sites with no grid connection, or where supply is unreliable
Battery energy storage
Standalone or retrofit, sized to critical loads or to peak-shaving economics
Ground-mount & carport
Where roof area is insufficient or land is available
Mounting systems
Standing seam metal · trapezoidal GI sheet · concrete deck · tile · ballasted · ground-mount foundations

Handover standard
Every project closes with a complete file
Documentation is what lets any qualified contractor service the system, and what lets you claim directly against a manufacturer warranty years from now. Issued as standard on every project, residential and industrial alike.
- As-built single-line diagram and array layout drawings
- Certificate of Compliance, signed by a PRC-licensed engineer
- LGU electrical permit and Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection
- Distribution utility net metering approval and executed agreement
- Complete equipment serial number schedule
- Manufacturer warranty certificates and technical datasheets
- Monitoring platform access, registered in your name
- Commissioning test results
- Operations and maintenance manual with service schedule
- Performance model with the assumptions used
Warranty structure
Three warranties, not one
Most quotes advertise "25-year warranty" without saying which one. There are several, they cover different things, and they run for different lengths of time. Exact terms for your specified equipment are issued in writing with every proposal.

Residential
Send us your Meralco bill
Twelve months if you have them, one if that's all you can find. Tell us roughly when the household uses power, and whether staying on during a brownout matters. We'll model what a system would actually offset — including if the honest answer is that a smaller one suits you better.

Start with a feasibility review
For projects above 15 kWp we begin with a technical and commercial feasibility review. Send twelve months of billing data including demand (kW) figures, and your load profile data from the distribution utility if you can obtain it — it is the single most useful input to a commercial design.
